Community Roundtable: Asian American Media Representation

Even though the CHSA Museum may be physically closed, we hope to keep the community united during the time apart through our online, roundtable discussions. We will be hosting online roundtables on the second Wednesdays of the month.

This month, we’ll focus on Asian American Media Representation. What kinds of roles do you usually see Asian or Asian American actors play on TV and in film? What roles do Asian Americans have in American pop culture? And why is representation important? Join us to discuss some of your favorite and least favorite media with these questions in mind.
