December Second Saturday: ‘Tis the Season for Festive Cheer!

A full year of Second Saturdays is closing with special activities include trivia pursuit, arts & crafts, and a holiday sale of rare books and finds~many at more than 50% off or only $1!

Exclusive titles include Treasure from the Shanghai Museum: 6,000 Years of Chinese Art, Genghis Khan: The Emperor of All Men, James Leong: Confronting My Roots, The Art of Wing Ng: A Retrospective, Talk Story by Flo Oy Wong, and Heathen Chinee: Stereotypes of Chinese in Popular Music.

Many other non-fiction & fiction titles available, including art & photography, children’s books, and special exhibit collections now on sale! Refreshments will be served!


This is also the last chance for the public to view the “Detained at Liberty’s Door” exhibit at CHSA before it moves to the California History Center at De Anza College in Cupertino in January 2011!

This event is free with paid museum admission
($3 for the general public, free for members)
