Brown Bag Film Screening—Making Tracks: The Philip P. Choy Story

On Thursday May 23 & 30 at 12pm, we will screen Making Tracks: The Philip P. Choy Story. This short film chronicles Phil Choy’s efforts to commemorate the work of Chinese railroad workers of the first transcontinental railroad. Barre Fong produced and directed the film in conjunction with the Chinese Historical Society of America. Bring your lunch to the museum and enjoy the film!

Rod Lew, Founder and Executive Director of APPEAL (Asian Pacific Partners for Empowerment, Advocacy, and Leadership), will present on the demographic trends and current policies regarding tobacco use and e-cigarettes among Asian/Asian American communities.
