Executive Director Sue Lee was interviewed by a reporter from Al Jazeera about parallels between US policies during the Chinese Exclusion era (1882-1943) and present-day controversies surrounding an executive order restricting entry from people of seven Muslim-majority countries. USF law professor Bill Ong Hing and Stanford University professor Gordon Chang are also quoted.
