How do you process online payments? What payment methods do you accept?
All online purchases are securely processed through Square. PayPal for payment processing is only available for downloadable products at this time. We accept all major credit cards.
Do you charge sales tax and shipping for your products?
Sales tax of 8.75% is added to the price of all products except downloadable items (H&Ps). Separate shipping and handling fees may apply.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship online orders only within the United States. For international shipments, please contact the CHSA Museum directly at 415-391-1188 x109 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange purchases and shipping.
How long will my order take to get here?
For shipped items, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Items are shipped via USPS Media Mail; shipments arrive within 2-5 business days.
How many items can I order on the site?
At this time, we allow up to 10 of each product to be ordered on our website. To order more than 10 items, please order directly from the CHSA Museum Store by calling 415-391-1188 x109.
If I buy a downloadable product, when and where do I download it?
Downloadable products such as our digital History and Perspectives journals are available immediately upon purchase. Check your email for the order confirmation and link to download your product.
